Please read these Terms carefully before using the TryMentario website. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you do not have permission to access the Service.
Communications
By creating an account or submitting your email or phone number, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing materials, and other communications from us. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting Support@TryMentario.Shop.
Purchases
When placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is true, correct, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or payment dispute history.
Product Appearance & Labeling

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
We use custom branding and packaging that may change over time
Label designs, packaging, and branding may vary
Ingredient sourcing may vary while maintaining similar or equivalent formulations

Subscriptions & Automatic Payments
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at your selected interval until canceled. You may cancel at any time by emailing Support@TryMentario.Shop at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- International ingredient sourcing, including from China
- Customs clearance and international logistics
- Holiday periods including Chinese New Year
- Carrier disruptions, weather events, or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Remote or rural delivery locations
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of a specific product only — one refund per product type, per customer. Re-orders and all subsequent purchases are not eligible for a refund.
Conditions for all approved returns:
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Return must be authorized before shipping back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Products must be returned in resalable condition; multi-unit orders may require unopened units to be returned
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Shipping, handling, and optional protection fees are non-refundable
To request a return, email Support@TryMentario.Shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if claiming a defect or damage.

Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us at Support@TryMentario.Shop before filing any dispute with your bank. We can often resolve issues faster than the dispute process.
If a dispute is filed:
- We will submit evidence to defend legitimate charges including delivery confirmations, policy acceptance records, and customer communications
- Your account will be suspended during the investigation
- Any pending refund requests will be paused for the duration of the investigation
⚠️ Patterns of dispute abuse may result in permanent account termination, reporting to fraud prevention services, collection efforts, and where appropriate, legal action.
User Content
By submitting content through our Service, you grant TryMentario a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business.
Accounts
By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for dispute abuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of TryMentario and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryMentario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Service or products, including shipping delays, product appearance variations, individual health reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or third-party carrier and customs issues.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TryMentario and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising from these Terms, your purchase, refund requests, or use of our products shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action or jury trial.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TryMentario operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
